Dr Asha was a forerunner in the positive ageing movement and has long been helping her loyal patients to ‘Age Well with Asha’. Whilst some intrinsic ageing is inevitable, Dr Asha assists patients to improve not only their skin health but also to manage the lifestyle and other extrinsic factors which contribute to how we age, live and feel. Recognising the fairly new discovery that skin health may have a bearing on age-related disease, Dr Asha is even more passionate about her work.
Having qualified initially as an award-winning dental surgeon from King’s College London, Dr Asha is an expert in facial structure. She then went on to become an aesthetic doctor – one of the first practitioners to qualify in Level 7 (masters equivalent) medical aesthetics – and taught other medical professionals at the leading UK training academy to master their injectable and consulting skills, and to expand their knowledge of skin morphology.
Dr Asha then widened her treatment portfolio by becoming a women’s health expert – working at the esteemed Marion Gluck Clinic – and helps to guide women through perimenopause and menopause. She also trained as a certified health coach and this enables her to offer what is now her signature holistic approach: truly understanding what makes each patient unique and considering all the key pillars of optimum aesthetic health and general wellbeing. Dr Asha consequently makes well-informed and considered treatment recommendations and has built a sizeable following who are as impassioned about skin as they are about living (and ageing) well.
